As experts in multi-axis CNC and single op machining, we are able to produce components up to 6 inches in diameter holding .0001-.0002 tolerances.  Primarily we are a high production shop, but are also proficient building prototypes as well as assisting with R&D. We can take care of your job from start to finish including any outside processes you need or special requests.  

Inspection
Our four-tier inspection process takes inspection to the next level. We conduct First Article Inspection, several In-Process inspections using measuring tools as well as our CMM, Final Inspection, and Shipping Inspection. As a rule, we always sample above the ASQ Z1.4 requirements.

Lead-Times
Our lead times vary based on the time of year or specific type of job. When quoting or placing a PO, we can develop a realistic lead time that works for everyone involved. We will be open and honest about the time it takes to get a quality job done.

Shipping
Many of our customers have specific shipping needs. We are happy to accommodate your shipping requests (specific packaging, paperwork requirements, database requirements, etc). Are you local? We can easily hand deliver parts to your facility.
